As a licensed counselor and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP), I specialize in telehealth sessions to provide accessible care across Virginia. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore personal growth, resolve conflicts, and achieve emotional well-being. Whether through individual therapy, couples counseling, or specialized evaluations, I am dedicated to guiding you on the path toward healing and a healthier future.

My journey to become a licensed therapist came from my experience as a case manager before completing my master's degree in counseling. I have worked with the underprivileged community, and it is my continuing mission to work with clients who are in need of support. I have years of experience working as a mental health professional, and 10+ years of working with the community of all cultural backgrounds.
Mental health can be a stigmatized topic, and it is my purpose in session to help the client feel accepted and empowered.

Silvia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP) in Virginia.
